| Senior / Test Development Manager |

Duties:
-
You will direct all test engineering activities on Design of Test System
(Architecture, Software and Hardware), test cycle time, costing,
manufacturability and process yield improvement.

You will participate in new product development teams to make sure testability
is designed into new products.
-
You will manage project budgets, expenditures, project resources and
requirements including tools, equipments, etc.
-
You will play a key role in providing technical leadership and guidance to the
test engineering team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
-
You should have a good Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree from a
reputable university with minimum 8 years of experience in test engineering,
particularly in complex circuit board involving microprocessor, DSP,
mixed-signals and RF circuitry.
-
Diploma holder with more years of experience will also be considered.
-
You need to have experience in the development of test system (architecture,
software coding, test fixture etc) and in mass production of PCB assembly and
product testing.
-
You need to demonstrate a high level of analytical ability to solve day to day
test production issues.
-
You should possess strong communication, interpersonal and people management
skills.
-
You should be a result oriented individual with strong organization skills.
-
You need to be a team player but is able to work independently.

| Senior Test Development Engineer (Wireless) |

Duties:
-
You will design and develop Test System (Architecture, Software and Hardware).

You will define procedures, methods, instructions and coverage for testing.
-
You will conduct DFT for testing of new products and GRR for new test
equipment.

You will set up, support and maintain test equipment and server for
manufacturing.
Requirements :
-
You should have a good Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree from a
reputable university with 3 years experience in Test Development and 2 years in
manufacturing support.

You must be familiar with tools and processes such as 6-Sigma, DOE, SPC, DFT
and GRR and are well-versed in LabWindows CVI, LabView, Teststand, C#, MsSQL,
MySQL, Apache Tomcat, Linux and Windows.

Experience in Wireless (GSM, DECT etc) and Power Supply (AC/DC, DC/DC)
Circuitries is preferred.
-
You should be able to lead a team of engineers to meet target with time and
cost constraints.

You should be able to travel on short notice.

You will code new features and functionalities into reference designs and
evaluation platform.

verification.

You will develop firmware using target processing platform development tools.

You will debug codes and help other engineers debug theirs.
Requirements:

reputable university with minimum 3 years of practical engineering experience
in firmware design and development.

You must be familiar with embedded systems architecture and development
methodologies.

You are required to have hands-on experience with industry standard Real Time
Operating Systems.

Experience with Wireless products is desirable.

It will be an added advantage if you have understanding of communication
protocols per IEC for metering applications.

You should possess good programming skills in C/C++, MCU assembly languages.

You must have hands-on experience with product development for volume

You must be familiar with embedded systems architecture and development
